Information We Hold On You
BLAG only collects and holds information on you relevant to your customer account / membership and / or purchase, including free tickets. We require information about you in order to create a customer or member account for you and / or to be able to provide a service for you. This information processed must be: lawful, fair and transparent; for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary; accurate, kept up-to-date and stored no longer than necessary.

If you work with BLAG in an editorial, collaborative or publicity capacity—such as you are an official representative of a featured artist or an officially commission journalist writing about BLAG and / or our Directors—we securely and confidentially hold your data for example email, telephone numbers and / or postal addresses, which has been provided to us by you and / or official sources in order to keep you up-to-date on our work and potential work together. We do not sell or share any of this data. You are welcome to read the below if you have signed up to our mailing lists and / or make purchases.
www.BLAG.london and www.BLAGmagazine.com customers and members: we collect your contact name, email address, phone numbers and billing and / or shipping addresses in order to action and provide your purchase, securely capture your payment(s) and / or keep you informed of our service.

When you buy or subscribe to our service(s): we collect your contact name, email, phone numbers, your billing and shipping addresses, phone number and order details so we can process, action and deliver your orders. We require billing addresses of all customers and subscribers for tax purposes.
We do not have access to, hold or retain your payment information. This is managed by our approved and compliant third party providers PayPal and / or Stripe (for credit and debit transactions) on our behalf.
We retain your information listed above, with your approval for the duration of your use of our services or as long as necessary to carry out these functions.

To unsubscribe from our mailing list, either click the unsubscribe link on any of our marketing emails or log into your BLAG account and change your preferences.
We are unable to add you back to our lists, therefore should you like to, please do subscribe again at any time.

Customer Service Communication
We may contact you with any communication considered routine customer service, for example but not limited to: information regarding your account, membership or purchases, updates to policies and / or terms and conditions of service, service interruptions, delivery details, receipts and / or order confirmations. This type of communication is not considered direct marketing. Our communication will sent via email or chat, however if you bought your product and used only your phone number for communication in the past, you may receive a call or text message.

Log Data Disclosure: We use third party services to help maintain the security and performance of our BLAG sites. To deliver this service they automatically process information such as the IP addresses, geographical information (not specific addresses), web browsers, source, referral, email campaign, device and operating systems of visitors to all BLAG websites.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

Other than subscriptions, memberships or single purchase, opt-out customers data is not stored.
Print Publication Purchases: our production / fulfilment and shipping teams have confidential access to your name and address in order to and purely to be able to ship your product and document shipping and billing. They do not store any data longer than necessary.
International transfers: Any international transfers of data are completed in compliance with relevant Data Protection Legislation. Your personal data is only transferred outside of the EU in compliance with the conditions for transfer set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
We do not use any spyware or any similar covert surveillance software that downloads to a user’s device and tracks your activities without your knowledge.
Breach Notification: Should a data breach occur, we will quickly assess and make a report to the Information Commissioners Office within 72 hours, if it be required. We will notify customers with recommendations if required.

BLAG uses google analytics to monitor our statistics. This information is anonymised, therefore we don’t not share your information with google. Google is compliant with GDPR.
