2012 | The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Public Enemy 2013

Earlier today I got some really exciting news via a surprise text from Flavor Flav…

“WE MADE IT!!!!!

ROCK-N-ROLL

HALL OF FAME!!!!”

Followed by a very kind thank you message. I’m sure many of you know I’ve been working with Public Enemy since 1999 – handling their publicity in the UK and Europe.

If you work with anyone for that long you’re bound to:

a) have admiration for them and

b) become great friends.

I’m very honored to have them around, they remain as influential to me today as they did when a cassette tape of Yo Bum Rush The Show magically found its way to me back in 1987 – when I was far too young.

I have learnt a great deal from them all and it’s a real treat to hear such deserving news.
